American Friends Service Committee Northampton MA focuses on nonviolence training, study courses and dialogues on economic justice, campaigns against U.S. military intervention, and education and action to combat racism, classism, and homophobia.

Arise for Social Justice is a multi-issue, low-income rights community organization dedicated to addressing housing, homelessness, criminal justice, public health, and environmental issues in Springfield, MA.

Black Lives Matter  Black Lives Matter is a chapter-based national organization working for the validity of Black life. #BlackLivesMatter is an online forum intended to build connections between Black people and allies to fight anti-Black racism, to spark dialogue among Black people, and to facilitate the types of connections necessary to encourage social action and engagement. Climate Action Now  is a local Western Massachusetts organization dedicated to building a powerful, unstoppable climate justice movement in our corner of the world -a movement that we see as essential to preventing climate catastrophe -while inventing new ways to live together on this earth.  CAN meets monthly on the 4th Monday evening of the month, 7-9 pm, alternating between Amherst and Northampton.  Amherst meetings are at the Unitarian Meetinghouse on North Pleasant St. Northampton meetings are at the Unitarian Society of Northampton and Florence on Main St.

The Green-Rainbow Party  is the Massachusetts affiliate of the Green Party of the United States (MA political designation “J”). It was founded in 2002 through the union of the Massachusetts Green Party and the Rainbow Coalition Party. Monthly meetings in this area hosted by the Pioneer Valley Green-Rainbow Local.

Represent Us brings together conservatives, progressives, and everyone in between to pass powerful anti-corruption laws that stop political bribery, end secret money, and fix our broken elections. Monthly chapter meetings are hosted by Represent.Us Western Mass. The executive office of Represent Us is in Florence, Massachusetts.

Voter Choice MA advocates for the adoption of Ranked Choice Voting in Massachusetts. , Ranked Choice Voting allows you to rank the candidates on your ballot in order of preference. Imagine an election where no candidate can play the “spoiler,” no matter how many candidates run or parties participate. Imagine not feeling pressure to choose “the lesser of two evils.” Imagine voting for who you want, why you want, knowing that election results will truly reflect the will of the voters.The best way to  imagine fair elections is to work to make them happen. Monthly meetings are held in our valley.
